At aged 7 months, Pip has started to perfect her ‘what are you f.ucking doing?’ face. The one I expect to see a million more times; the one that even now makes me feel a little less capable and will, no doubt, in about 12 years time reduce me to private tears.
She reserves it at present, mostly, for the approaching of a tissue. Tissue, wipe or flannel. She’s not fussy. Occasionally she breaks it out for other reasons but on days like today it’s mostly the tissue.
Snot pouring down her face past her mouth and clearly bothering even her. Actually touch her with said tissue though, and she screams like she’s being tortured.
Repeat a hundred times a f.ucking hour.
